Who we are

This site belongs to TezRow, a managed product design firm. For any question about your details, email us at teamup@tezrow.com.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name and email address, plus the company, phone number, project details and sketch you choose to include.

The public site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond and discuss your project, and abuse-prevention data to protect the service. We do not sell your details. Hosting and email providers process information as part of operating the service.

Where it’s kept

Enquiries are stored in our website database. When email notifications are configured, the enquiry details are also sent to our team inbox. TezRow team members and the service providers operating these systems may process this information.

How long we keep it

We review enquiries while discussing or working on projects and remove them when no longer needed. Deleting a website enquiry removes its database record; any email copies and provider backups must be handled separately. Contact us to request deletion across these systems.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details you sent, correct them or have them deleted at any time: email teamup@tezrow.com.
