Designed around the process
We design each part for its manufacturing process. That includes release angles and even walls for moulding, or suitable bends for sheet metal. Simulation helps check the design before parts are made.

Injection Mould Tooling
Injection-moulded enclosure and tooling designs, including a control unit, clock face, chess set and two-part enclosure. Each design was checked with mould-fill analysis.
Generative Bracket
A generatively designed cantilever bracket that carries 11 kg while weighing only 9 g. It took first runner-up in an additive manufacturing competition hosted by the National Centre for Physics.
Heater Fuel-Flow Control
A fuel-flow control system and its control algorithm for an automotive company in Canada, built from off-the-shelf parts and refined with the client’s feedback in under a month.
Sheet Metal Bracket
A folded sheet metal bracket, set up for a structural study with its loads and fixings, and unfolded into a flat pattern ready for cutting and bending.
