We design circuit boards and the software that runs on them (firmware). Our work covers circuit diagrams through to boards ready for automated assembly.
What it covers
We design circuit diagrams and two- or four-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs). This includes radio-frequency (RF) signal paths, antennas, charging and power control. We write firmware for ESP32, nRF and Arduino boards. The housing and electronics are designed together to address connectors, heat and assembly.
What you get
Circuit diagrams, board manufacturing files (Gerbers), parts lists and component-placement files for fabrication and assembly. The handover also includes the firmware source code.

Sim4Stem Driving Simulator
A force-feedback steering simulator kit for children aged 8 to 11, taken from first concept to a plug-and-play kit manufactured in the USA for Sim4Stem.
ESP32-S3 Smartwatch Board
A round, four-layer circuit-board design fitting an ESP32-S3, display, rotary control, haptics and wireless into a wrist-sized smartwatch.
Functional Electrical Stimulator
A multi-channel, computer-controlled electrical stimulation prototype for a research client, built quickly, verified on the oscilloscope and shipped to Vancouver, Canada.
Impact & Force Telemetry Board
A compact telemetry circuit-board layout for an impact-sensing device, combining an nRF wireless system, inertial sensing, force inputs and LiPo charging.
Wi-Fi SOS Button
A battery-powered panic button that sends an alert to a guardian’s phone over Wi-Fi. We designed the modular casing, the electronics and the firmware, and printed the first working prototype.
Heater Fuel-Flow Control
A fuel-flow control system and its control algorithm for an automotive company in Canada, built from off-the-shelf parts and refined with the client’s feedback in under a month.
Twin-Joystick Motor Controller
A handheld twin-joystick controller built around an ESP32, and the control logic that turns each stick’s movement into the speed and direction of a DC motor.
