Quick printed models first, to check size and feel. Then functional prototypes with the real electronics, and finally parts made the way the production version will be.

Each round is tested against the agreed brief. We record what worked, what needs to change and what remains to be checked before production.

Sim4Stem Driving Simulator
A force-feedback steering simulator kit for children aged 8 to 11, taken from first concept to a plug-and-play kit manufactured in the USA for Sim4Stem.
Drone Frame & Smart Battery
A quadcopter frame for aerial photography and the quick-swap smart battery that clips into it, designed for JapanDrones’ line-up of additively manufactured drones.
Payload Beacon
A telemetry enclosure that hangs with a drone’s payload, housing an ESP32-C6, a battery management board and GPS in a stacked design. Made for JapanDrones by Multi Jet Fusion.
Raspberry Pi IoT Enclosure
A minimal, compact enclosure for Aility’s Raspberry Pi-based IoT device, with managed heat and easy access to every port. Designed in Pakistan, manufactured by vendors in Switzerland.
Functional Electrical Stimulator
A multi-channel, computer-controlled electrical stimulation prototype for a research client, built quickly, verified on the oscilloscope and shipped to Vancouver, Canada.
Adaptive Washing Machine Damper
A feasibility study, design and prototype of a magnetorheological (MR) fluid damper for a Haier washing machine, whose damping force changes with the current applied.
Generative Bracket
A generatively designed cantilever bracket that carries 11 kg while weighing only 9 g. It took first runner-up in an additive manufacturing competition hosted by the National Centre for Physics.
Morphing Airfoil
A servo-powered, 3D-printed airfoil that changes shape, built for wind-tunnel tests whose aerodynamic data will train a model. Designed for manufacture and assembly from the start.
Smart Water Dispenser
A pump unit that sits on a 19-litre water bottle and fills the dispenser for you, so nobody has to lift the heavy bottle again. Taken from first concepts to a finished, 3D-printed product.
Wi-Fi SOS Button
A battery-powered panic button that sends an alert to a guardian’s phone over Wi-Fi. We designed the modular casing, the electronics and the firmware, and printed the first working prototype.
Teknofest Fixed-Wing UAV
A fixed-wing uncrewed aircraft (UAV) designed for Teknofest in Turkey. Its modular frame uses plywood, balsa and 3D-printed parts for easier repairs. A servo mechanism releases the payload.
Formlens Wearable Enclosure
A slim enclosure for a Formlens circuit board, worn strapped to the arm. Designed around the board and printed to test the fit on the body.
