Sim4Stem Driving Simulator
A force-feedback steering simulator kit for children aged 8 to 11, taken from first concept to a plug-and-play kit manufactured in the USA for Sim4Stem.
Robotic Lawn Mower
A chassis and body design for ES Forge’s robotic lawn mower, with a curved solar-panel canopy, presented in studio renders.
Functional Electrical Stimulator
A multi-channel, computer-controlled electrical stimulation prototype for a research client, built quickly, verified on the oscilloscope and shipped to Vancouver, Canada.
Egg Cooker
A compact countertop egg cooker, designed to look finished on a kitchen bench and to split into parts a factory can mould and screw together.
Adaptive Washing Machine Damper
A feasibility study, design and prototype of a magnetorheological (MR) fluid damper for a Haier washing machine, whose damping force changes with the current applied.
Motorised Hospital Bed
An affordable motorised hospital bed, designed around off-the-shelf linear actuators because imported beds are costly in Pakistan. Taken from research to realistic renders.
Surface Mate X
A docking station redesign aimed at three problems: its appearance, heating, and a screen that couldn’t tilt. It adds a cooling fan and a tilt mechanism.
SOLO BLU
Earbuds with ear hooks, taken from pen sketches to renders in two colourways: coral pink and sky blue.
Table Tennis Paddle
A table tennis paddle with a layered, vented construction, shown exploded and assembled.
Roller Blades
Roller blades with translucent blue wheels on a lightweight metal frame, shown assembled and exploded.
Generative Plant Pots
A set of plant pots with a generative lattice base, studied with structural analysis and rendered in orange and white.
Cargobot
A legged robot concept carrying a cargo crate, rendered in white with red legs.
Smart Water Dispenser
A pump unit that sits on a 19-litre water bottle and fills the dispenser for you, so nobody has to lift the heavy bottle again. Taken from first concepts to a finished, 3D-printed product.
Wi-Fi SOS Button
A battery-powered panic button that sends an alert to a guardian’s phone over Wi-Fi. We designed the modular casing, the electronics and the firmware, and printed the first working prototype.
Teknofest Fixed-Wing UAV
A fixed-wing uncrewed aircraft (UAV) designed for Teknofest in Turkey. Its modular frame uses plywood, balsa and 3D-printed parts for easier repairs. A servo mechanism releases the payload.
Helicopter Rotor Head
A helicopter rotor head modelled part by part, from the swashplate and pitch links to the blade grips, and rendered close up in studio light and in the sky.
Portable Speaker Concept
Concept sketches for a rugged portable speaker with an angular body. Later sketches added a trolley handle, a high-frequency speaker and a flame-pattern grille.
